Website terms
These terms establish the boundary between useful public access and BAUS’s protected advisory intellectual property.
These Terms govern access to bausglobal.com and its public materials. By using the website, you agree to them. Engagement letters, statements of work, portal terms, confidentiality agreements, and other signed agreements govern BAUS client services and control if they conflict with these website Terms.
BAUS grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the website and to download or print a reasonable number of public materials for your own internal, noncommercial business evaluation, provided all ownership notices remain intact.
The website and its content—including the BAUS name and marks; BAUS 360 and other frameworks; assessment structures; dimensions; methods; diagrams; question sequences; scoring concepts; decision logic; brief formats; reports; designs; text; graphics; software; and compilations—are owned by or licensed to BAUS and protected by intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws. Disclosure of a concept or summary does not place the underlying method in the public domain or grant a license beyond these Terms.
Without BAUS’s prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, translate, modify, create derivative commercial works from, scrape, systematically extract, benchmark, reverse engineer, or use BAUS materials to build or train a competing service, assessment, dataset, model, or artificial-intelligence system. You may not remove ownership notices, misrepresent BAUS material as your own, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site unlawfully.
You may share a link to an unmodified public BAUS page or quote a short excerpt for commentary with clear attribution to BAUS Consulting Group and a link to the source. This permission does not extend to full briefs, gated materials, client deliverables, templates, frameworks, or materials marked confidential or proprietary.
You represent that you are authorized to submit information and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or obligations. Public forms are not a secure channel for confidential or regulated material. You grant BAUS the limited rights necessary to receive, review, route, and respond to your submission; you do not transfer ownership of your pre-existing materials.
Accessing the site, requesting a brief, submitting a Strategic Review, or exchanging preliminary communications does not create a client, fiduciary, confidential advisory, legal, accounting, or other professional relationship. BAUS accepts an engagement only through a written agreement signed by authorized parties.
The site may change or be unavailable. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are not endorsements. The site and public materials are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Review the Legal Disclaimer for important limits on informational content and outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. BAUS may revise them by posting an updated effective date. Questions or requests for permission may be sent to sales@bausglobal.com.
